In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen, a stylish holiday apartment awaits you in the Mönchgut building. Offering approximately 32 square meters of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to two people and provides the ideal setting for a relaxing yet active holiday.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin complex and boasts thoughtful furnishings. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and blackout curtains. A double sofa bed is also available in the living area. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror completes the comfortable accommodations. Wi-Fi and a television are provided, as well as initial bed linens.

A particular highlight is the southeast-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are welcome.

The location is ideal: the beach and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away, and shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

As an added bonus, guests enjoy three hours of free daily access to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World (excluding June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will also be available free of charge. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground complete the amenities.

A security deposit of €100 is required for your stay and will be promptly refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

From September 7th, 2026 to November 30th, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the balconies. During this period, there may be some restrictions on their use and some noise disturbances. We accept no liability or responsibility for any resulting reduction in price. Please take note of this when booking this vacation apartment.
