The bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a microwave, a coffee machine, and other comforts ensure a relaxing stay. The separate bedroom with a double bed offers restful nights, while the sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer completes the comfortable accommodation.

On the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun and unwind at the end of the day. Your dog is welcome and can explore the numerous walking trails around Sellin with you.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool in the nearby water park and adventure center for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Additionally, a modern fitness area has been available to guests free of charge since 2026. The Baltic Sea beach, the pier, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible. An elevator, bicycle storage, and a children's playground provide added convenience. A security deposit of €200 is required for the accommodation and will be refunded after a satisfactory departure.
