The comfortable accommodation is located on the third floor of the well-maintained holiday complex and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The fine sandy beach, the Baltic Sea, and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away. Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance.

From Easter 2026, a special highlight awaits you: free use of the new fitness area. Modern exercise equipment and a motivating atmosphere ensure that you can stay active and improve your well-being even on holiday.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a double sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi, two televisions, and initial bed linen are included. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror.

On the northwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and spend relaxing hours after an eventful day. One pet is welcome. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground within the holiday complex.

Please note that a security deposit of €200.00 is required for this holiday apartment. This will be refunded within five business days after your departure and successful inspection of the accommodation.
