The high-quality furnished holiday apartment in Haus Südperd is located in the popular Seepark Sellin and offers 52 m² of living space for up to four people. Here you will find modern accommodation for couples, small families, or guests who want to explore the Baltic coast together.

A special bonus is the daily free use of the swimming pool in the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the complex.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with blackout curtains. A double sofa bed is available in the living area for additional guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included. The bathroom has a shower, and there is also a separate toilet.

You can spend relaxing hours on the sunny southwest-facing balcony and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. One dog is welcome. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available for guests.

A security deposit of €200.00 is required for this holiday apartment and will be refunded after departure and proper handover of the property.
