This modern holiday apartment offers 52 m² of space for up to four people and is ideal for couples, small families, or holidays with your dog. Thanks to its quiet location in the Sellin Sea Park, you can reach the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin in just a few minutes' walk.

During your stay, you'll enjoy free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding June 29th to September 14th, 2026). In addition, a modern fitness area is available for your free use – perfect for those who want to stay active even on vacation.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi and initial bed linen are included. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. A separate toilet is also available.

On the northwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax at the end of your day. Bicycle storage and a children's playground are available within the holiday complex. A security deposit of €200.00 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure and proper handover.
