This high-quality holiday apartment in the Mönchgut building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin offers 32 m² of living space for up to three guests and is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen. The apartment is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex.

The apartment boasts thoughtful and comfortable furnishings. The bedroom has a double bed and blackout curtains, while a double sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Wi-Fi and a television are provided free of charge, and bed linens are included upon arrival.

A special highlight is the northeast-facing balcony with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day of sightseeing. This non-smoking apartment allows one pet. In addition, guests have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground on the premises.
