The holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin offers 32 m² of living space, providing the ideal retreat for up to two people. Located in a quiet area of Seepark Sellin, just 900 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin, you can enjoy relaxing holidays on the island of Rügen. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment, situated on the second floor, is comfortably furnished and includes free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The cozy bedroom features a double bed and blackout curtains. A double sofa bed and a television invite you to relax in the living area. The open, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster offers everything you need for self-catering. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror.

A special highlight is the northwest-facing balcony with seating, where you can unwind at the end of the day. Pets are welcome, but the apartment is non-smoking.
