It is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, only about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and toaster, allowing for easy self-catering. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, free Wi-Fi, a television, and complimentary bed linen.

The northwest-facing balcony with seating invites you to relax at the end of the day and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
