In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, you'll find a stylish holiday apartment in the Mönchgut building – ideal for relaxing holidays on the island of Rügen. The 32 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to three people, offering a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Additionally, starting Easter 2026, a modern fitness area will be available for your free use during your stay – perfect for those who want to combine exercise and relaxation.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin complex, just 900 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance.

This non-smoking apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed and TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Wi-Fi and initial bed linens are included.

The furnished southwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available for guests. Pets are not allowed.

A security deposit of €100 will be refunded after departure, provided there are no issues.
