This high-quality holiday apartment in Haus Mönchgut is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the beautiful island of Rügen and offers comfortable accommodation for up to three guests in approximately 32 square meters of living space. Situated on the second floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex, it boasts a quiet yet central location. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are just 900 meters away. Shops, restaurants, and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing stay.

The tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights. The bright living area is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and offers additional space to relax. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired and allows for easy self-catering. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Free Wi-Fi and a television are also available, and the initial supply of bed linen is included in the price.

A particular highlight is the northeast-facing balcony, where you can start your day or relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
