About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this 25 m² studio flat for rent in Méricourt, which can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The studio is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, dining area and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan.
Outdoors:
- Two terraces
- Two enclosed, shared gardens measuring 150 m² and 2,000 m², facing south and north respectively, with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather

- The accommodation is situated in a residential complex for senior citizens. It is under CCTV surveillance. The cameras cover the areas outside the buildings as well as certain communal areas (entrances, exits, communal lounge, laundry room, storeroom and reception). Signs are displayed on site.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
