Wonderful stay!

Huge space, much bigger than I expected! And a lovely outdoor garden area, which the kids were thrilled to have. Very close to groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants.

Some interiors could use a refresh, but still an excellent property and great value!

Ma mère se déplace avec une canne, elle ne pouvait donc pas monter à l'étage et elle a très bien dormi dans le lit dans la salle

Dans les chambres la literie est très bonne et les volets électriques permettent de bien dormir dans le noir jusqu'au petit matin, ce qui est rare! Le quartier est très calme. La récupération des clés s'est faite très facilement.

L'appartement est un peu vétuste, la vasque de la salle de bains est cassée. Le four n'est pas très propre, de même qu'au niveau du salon (poils de chien?) Dommage que la cheminée ne soit pas fonctionnelle

La maison est pratique avec un chien car chaque pièce est fermé . La maison est cocooning j’ai beaucoup aimé nous reviendrons !

Le seul hic c’est le contour du lavabo de la salle de bains qui est cassé, avec des enfants c’est dangereux. Mais tous le reste est top

Peu de communication avec le propriétaire

L'accueil de la Maman du propriétaire .. L'emplacement par rapport au stade et centre ville, l'environnement très calme.. Le logement par lui-même..tout est parfait..

Le bruit que fait l'extracteur de fumée situé sur la cheminée sur le toit, qui resonne dans tout l'appartement et qui nous a empêché de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit. La non réponse du propriétaire quand je lui ai gentiment signalé ce problème.

Maison spacieuse pour un groupe

Seconde fois que nous louons cette maison pour un événement (match du Racing Club de Lens). La maison est spacieuse donc parfaite si vous recherchez un logement en groupe dans les environs. Proche de plusieurs commerces et du supermarché. Pas loin du centre-ville.

Facile d'accès propre rien a redire même si nous avons pas eu la chance d'en profité beaucoup on a était ravi d'être dans ce logement plutôt qu'un hôtel impersonnelle

L'oublie de la fenetre ouverte dans la salle de bain juste pour rire c'etait histoire de mettre quelque chose ça a refermi les chaire.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, gute Lage und ein Garten mit Privatsphäre.

Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein grosses und schönes Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Die Küche ist klein aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Die Schlafzimmer liegen im ersten Stock, der Garten und die Terrasse sind schön.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es überall nicht so richtig sauber. In den Schlafzimmern kleben zerquetschte Insekten an der Wand, was nicht sehr appetitlich ist, das sollte dringend behoben werden. Auch die Schränke sind nicht sehr einladend.

Canapés vétustes, on s'enfonce beaucoup dedans. Pourquoi ne pas laisser un code wifi alors que la maison est équipée de l'internet ? Manque une machine à laver alors que tout est prévu (ancien équipement enlevé...) Escalier très raide pour monter à l'étage Manque de quelques accessoires : ciseaux, radios,...
