A lovely hidden gem in old town Arras

The location is fabulous - only a few steps from the Hotel de Ville and the Place des Héros. Communication with the host was easy and very helpful. We arrived too early for check-in, but Anthony allowed us to drop off our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything you need (that's quite rare in a rental!) even good coffee and a few basics like salt, pepper, and oil. We were very comfortable here, and I wish we could have spent more time.

It's a little bit loud at night, because the apartment overlooks a busy parking lot, but that's to be expected in the middle of town.

Great location in the centre of Arras close to both of the main squares. Well equipped coffee,tea etc provided.Free parking in the square after 19.00 to 9.00 ….which is 50m from the appt. Dog friendly too.

It’s on the 3rd floor with quite narrow stairs…..just flagging as could be a problem if you had mobility issues.

Bel emplacement au centre de Arras !

Si dans un premier temps, l'entrée du bâtiment et les 3 étages sans ascenseur peuvent rebuter, le studio est très propre, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Les trois fenêtre permettent une bonne ventilation du logement même si la température extérieure est élevée. Mais le point fort de cet hébergement est sans aucun doute sa situation très proche des grandes places et monuments ainsi que des commerces et commodités du centre ville. Vraiment TOP !

Comme indiqué, les trois étages sans ascenseur peuvent être rédhibitoires pour certaines personnes.

Appartement superbe, calme, très bien placé pour la visite d'Arras à pied

Le confort, le calme de l'appartement et la vue sur le Beffroi par la fenêtre "oeil de boeuf", même si il y a des étages à monter. Les équipements sont complets, il ne manque rien.

1-La cage d'escalier pourrait être mieux entretenue. 2-Pour les clés : Le problème c'est que j'ai réservé sur Booking, qui ne m'a pas envoyé les informations du digicode. J'ai dû appeler le propriétaire, heureusement très réactif. 3-Des locataires d'avant avaient laissé de la vaisselle très sale dans les placards (casserole pleine de sauce tomate...etc), pas très sympa !
