I had my filter on private bathroom. It is my non negotiable. I had to walk to the toilet and shower and then re-enter the door combination lock. With my nails it is impossible to get in. The room could be cleaner. No fan so I was hot. There was a heater though!

Location,the bed and basic facilities. Has a lot of pitential but quite run down in some areas however it was my first stay somewhere like this so may be normal given the price.
Floor board sticking up,shabby walls in room and dark and dingy. Let feeling quite vulnerable in room at top of the house.
