I had a very enjoyable stay at Villafranca Suites. The location was extremely convenient, with Termini Station and the metro only a short walk away, making it easy to explore different parts of Rome. At the same time, the surrounding area felt calm, and I was able to rest comfortably after long days of sightseeing. The suite looked newly renovated and was even nicer in person than in the photos. Everything was spotless, the interior felt modern and thoughtfully designed, and the room had all the practical details needed. The bathroom products from Byredo is top notch and smell is amazing, the air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of space for my luggage. The staff were friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Overall, Villafranca Suites which seems to be entirely different from the Hotel do offer a great combination of comfort, design and a central location. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in central Rome.

If you are a late booker like myself, I would recommend to instantly do the check-online to avoid issues because after this is done I recieve the access codes and I didn't save mine.. However, I contacted the staff and received a response almost instantly. They explained everything clearly and stayed in contact until they knew I was safely inside. What could have been a frustrating start was handled professionally and quickly, which was really appreciated. The water temperature was a bit of a hassle but after a minute of tweaking it worked out very well and overall this is just a tiny notice in the bigger picture.

Boravio sam u Rimu više puta i mogu iskreno reći da je ovo jedan od najboljih smještaja koje sam odabrao. Kada poznajete grad, shvatite koliko su lokacija, mir i čistoća zapravo važni – a ovdje dobivate sve to na jednom mjestu. Soba je bila potpuno nova, moderno uređena, besprijekorno čista i vrlo tiha, što je pravo osvježenje nakon cjelodnevnog razgledavanja Rima. Krevet je izuzetno udoban pa smo odlično spavali. Osoblje je bilo iznimno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Posebno nam je značilo što smo u Rim došli automobilom, a oni su nam pomogli pronaći sigurno parkirno mjesto u blizini. To nije lako u Rimu i bila je velika prednost koja nam je uštedjela puno vremena i stresa. Lokacija je izvrsna. Stanica Termini i metro udaljeni su svega nekoliko minuta hoda, a u okolici se nalazi mnogo odličnih restorana, kafića i trgovina. Ipak, ono što mi se najviše svidjelo jest da smo do većine glavnih znamenitosti, poput Koloseuma, Fontane di Trevi, Španjolskih stuba i Panteona, mogli doći pješice, što je najbolji način da se doživi Rim. Ako tražite moderan, čist i miran smještaj na odličnoj lokaciji, uz domaćine koji se zaista brinu o svojim gostima, ovo je mjesto koje bih bez razmišljanja ponovno odabrao i koje s punim povjerenjem preporučujem.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med min vistelse på Villafranca Suites. Rummet var modernt, stilrent och MYCKET rent. Sängen var otroligt bekväm och jag sov riktigt bra till skillnad från alla stenhårda sängar man annars får när jag varit i Italien och Rom tidigare, särskilt eftersom det var så lugnt och tyst trots det centrala läget i Rom. En extra fin detalj var Byredo-produkterna i badrummet, som gav vistelsen en lyxigare känsla. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam och svarade väldigt snabbt på Whatsapp och läget nära Termini, tunnelbanan och många av Roms sevärdheter gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt.
