You absolutely can't beat the location. Especially for an evening arrival where you're arriving tired and hungry. Great instructions on how to access the room also.
While there was a kettle and two mugs in the room, there was no tea or coffee making supplies. While I didn't expect a coffee machine like in most Italian rooms, some instant coffee for when waking up super early before cafes are open would have been great.

I stayed at Lux Pretoria for two nights and the main reason was location. Right next to termini stop and lso very clean & tidy rooms. There were basic facilities like coffee maker and mini fridge. However for longer stay it would be much better if there would have been few cooking utensils to cook light breakfast. Fo shorter stays and to visit all the places in rome easily it is a really good location and have lots of eating options near by. Really recommended.

The room was good size with nice large bath. Use of the new app to enter made check in easy and fortunately the hosts made wifi available in advance for travelers with connection issues. Two blocks from termini. Very inviting entrance which made the building feel secure.
Wifi was poor in the room. The bath was a little musty. Matresss was one of the better of the trip but still needs replacement. There were little sand like grains in the bed sheets but it was clean. I don’t know what they were. We had a greatly reduced price compared to posted so the value was good but I wouldn’t pay posted rate for this room.
