Nice location, seemingly good neighbourhood. Owner and staff were nice and accommodating.
Nothing in particular. But occasionally the guests from neighbouring rooms would make quite some noises in supposedly quiet hours.

Great location, friendly staff. A great stay on a budget. AC was great, especially with the heatwave during our stay! Private shower, and a good shower at that. Clean rooms, and clean towels/bedding during our stay.
A little dated, but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.

The place is really 3 minutes from Termini station and is a convenient location
After the first night the whole room was infested with ants, they were coming out of the corners of the room. in the bathroom the drain was clogged and the sink taps were damaged. there are no hangers, wardrobe or mirror in the room
