The apartment was very clean, the host was extremely kind and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect. We had a great stay!
The only inconvenience was the limited number of dishes, forks, knives, and spoons, even though there were fewer people staying in the apartment than expected. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Located very close to the termini station and we stayed there for just one night before getting a taxi to the airport so we checked in late and left early so it was ideal to be able to just walk there from the station and got a taxi from outside very easily (at 3am!). The room was very spacious with a lovey large bathroom and there is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was excellent - really kind and helpful

Location near Termini station was fantastic. The space was a good size and well decorated and modernized. Bed super comfy. Shared kitchen was useful.
Our room was directly above the entry doors, so you heard people coming in and out all night and slamming the door. The shared kitchen had very limited cookware/dishware/appliances. The water for the building was not working at all for the entire stay: it went out that afternoon and didn't come on until after we left, as we were only there one night. The owner compensated us for the inconvenience.

No shower door water went all over the floor the lock and key on the bedroom door was hard to use
