Located very close to the termini station and we stayed there for just one night before getting a taxi to the airport so we checked in late and left early so it was ideal to be able to just walk there from the station and got a taxi from outside very easily (at 3am!). The room was very spacious with a lovey large bathroom and there is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was excellent - really kind and helpful

Location near Termini station was fantastic. The space was a good size and well decorated and modernized. Bed super comfy. Shared kitchen was useful.
Our room was directly above the entry doors, so you heard people coming in and out all night and slamming the door. The shared kitchen had very limited cookware/dishware/appliances. The water for the building was not working at all for the entire stay: it went out that afternoon and didn't come on until after we left, as we were only there one night. The owner compensated us for the inconvenience.

Nice location, near Termini Bus/Train station. Confortable bed and it had all utilities that you need for stay a few nights. It has a commun area with a mini fridge and kind of a kitchen, tou have a coffee machine, and some map guides to the city, which was nice. Positive thing is that during the week-days the building has a doorman, which can help you contact the owner if he does not answer you (it happened).
Bad check in, the contact person has very bad communication, not only because of some language barrier probably but also the time that he takes to respond is too long and the clarity of his messages is really weak. The bath towels were washed but they had some stains on it, so in my opinion they should not be there. The appartment does not have good noise isolation, if someone is in the lobby you will hear them as they were next to you.
