I like that the location is close to Roma Termini station. It is therefore very convenient to the places we wanted to visit during our 3 day stay. Our host is very responsive. We are able to be allowed an early check-in since we arrived Rome around 9am.
We stayed there last month, so its still summer and I feel that the air conditioning inside the room could still be improved, but that was just a minor issue, since the room has a good ventilation overall.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was really convenient, since you're close to temini and both the bus station and metro.
We had some issues when communicating to check in, but they were really nice when accommodating.

The apartment was very clean, the host was extremely kind and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect. We had a great stay!
The only inconvenience was the limited number of dishes, forks, knives, and spoons, even though there were fewer people staying in the apartment than expected. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
