That it had A.C and a T.V, wasn’t like the picture it seems like they renovated the place. The staff were really nice and friendly, they welcomed us and escorted us to our apartment. The only weird part is that after we checked in we had to switch to a different hotel and didn’t stay in Palma. The elevator is old and you have to manually close it. It was right in front of the station which was very helpful. Other than that it was a really nice stay and wish we stayed longer.
It just needs more paying attention to cleaning

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it very convenient for transport. The room was tidy and clean, which I appreciated. There were extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe.
The windows are old and don’t close properly, which allows a bit of cold air to enter. It provides air conditioning but it didn’t seem to be working very well on room 102. There was a lot of noise from other guests that were talking all night. So it might be helpful to enforce stricter quiet-hour policies, as noise from other rooms can be quite noticeable.
