It was so centrally located. I booked it for its location and it didn’t disappoint me. Was clean too.

I stayed at the second location and thank you to other reviewers for letting me know it could happen. The room was basic with AC, a mini fridge, and Wifi that worked. It was very quiet as my room faced an inner courtyard and I slept well. I let them know that I preferred not to be disturbed with cleaning and my request was respected. The room could be spruced up with a fresh coat of paint ( looks like they were moving furniture and left scrapes on the wall) and some new shower doors, but, honestly, there was everything I needed and quiet at night, so details like paint and shower doors didn't bother me. The supermarket is 7 minutes walking and the metro 4 ( same direction). Termini station is 10 minutes walk. I felt comfortable in this location and added 4 more nights to my stay.
The only thing that was a minor annoyance was when people left the elevator doors open, an alarm went off to remind them to close the doors. As most people came and went when I was already up, once I found out what it was, I ignored it.
