    I want to say thank you for a beautiful hotel St. Martin I was able to book last minute for our 3 nights stay in Rome! The rooms, the amenities, the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast-everything was just amazing! Special thanks to Angel and Phillipo at the front desk for answering our questions and reserving the taxi to airport for us. We will be back for sure!

    My wife and I were greeted really politely and check-in was made easy. We spent the first night in a room on the 1st floor before waking up to have a shower in the morning only to find that the shower was covered in mould. We complained and were moved to another ‘deluxe’ room on the 5th floor. Upon unpacking in the second room we noticed water damage to the outside of the bathroom entrance, water coming up through the tiles in the bathroom when you walked on them, a leaking fridge and a TV where streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube wouldn’t work. We complained a 2nd time, they sent up a TV technician and he didn’t understand what the issue was because he could get free-to-air channels and didn’t understand we wanted to log in to Netflix (like we had the night before in the first room). By the end he appeared to understand and said he would return, but an hour and a half later we were still waiting. Staff got management involved and we were told to turn the tv off and on, over and over by, we kept insisting that that wasn’t working. They then sent a second person up to look at the water from tiles, he went away for about 10 minutes only to return and give us 3 extra hand towels to lay over the area. That was their solution. We then complained a 3rd time and were then moved yet again to another room identical to the 2nd room but on the 6th floor. The girl at the desk was lovely and I could tell she wanted to do more for us but could only offer us 2 free drinks at the bar from management. Nothing else was offered to us to compensate having to change rooms 3 times, pack our luggage up each time to move to a new room and the visits from people to ‘solve’ the issues. We never saw the TV ‘technician’ again, maybe he got lost in the hotel staircase, who knows. Apart from that there was so much garbage left on the side of the hotel on the Main Street and it looked disgraceful. On our last night at the hotel the water in our room was running yellow… the basin, the toilet, the shower, all running yellow water that looked like urine. Appalling. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, if not an upgrade then it needs a LOT of extensive repairs. The breakfast was fairly subpar too, packet eggs or powdered eggs, cut up hot dogs, cordial-like juice, definitely not worth the money we paid. The one good thing going for it was the reception staff.

    far from Termini, close to subway- bus, service level was below expectation -> no soap, no follow up on requests, no pick up of phone by reception, etc. not 4 star

    The hotel is clean but the room is extremely small, the price doesn't match with what you find, u feel you are trapped in the room, Bathroom has no ventilation so if you p**p all your very very small room will smell and the air has no where to go. City tax is extremely expensive Hotel has high prices for no reasons
