    We had a warm greeting from Phillip who was very polite and kind. He let us have the room before check in which really made our day as we were exhausted with the journey. The room was high standard and spotlessly clean with good bedding and a big smart tv. There were all kinds of amenities like shaving kit and tooth . brush. The location is central to Rome as Rome termini station is nearby with the colosseum only couple of metro stops away.

    I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a standard room. after i tell the reception, they changed my room to a standard room with a bathtub! i paid for deluxe room but cannot get it. even though i told them but they still ignore my booking. I didn't further request change as i don't think their staff is really helpful. Besides, the facilities is not up to standard, no USP socket and no adaptor, no air conditioner., etc... i cannot believe it is a 4 stars hotel

    Room is comfortable, but don’t expect you can use the jacuzzi provided. It is dirty and not functioning.
