The hotel is well located, the staff are amazingly polite,friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, bedding super white and fresh, nice fresh breakfast. I would stay there again for sure.

Easy walk from train station made this a great base for a bigger Italy trip. Friendly staff. Small but very functional and safe
It was exactly what we needed (proximity to train, safe, good value) but didn’t have much charm.

Great breakfast, nice sized room, lovely staff, & very clean. A bit far from sites so we had to do a taxi but some cafes/eateries around it if needed.
Just a hint far from big attractions but great hotel otherwise.

The location was relatively convenient.
Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The hotel was quite noisy at night. The elevator, which seemed to have been added to the building later on, was making noise throughout the night, and I was not able to sleep well. The staff were not particularly friendly. Even though I had completed the online check-in in advance, we still had to wait a long time upon arrival. Additionally, the room we were given was not the one I had booked.
