We stayed for one night in a triple room with a private bathroom. The room had one large double bed and one single bed. It was clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. The interior is not particularly modern, but the room appears to have been renovated and was well maintained. The location is a major advantage. The property is only about a 7-minute walk from Roma Termini railway station and close to Castro Pretorio metro station. The Colosseum and the Spanish Steps are both around a 30-minute walk away. The surrounding area is lively and pleasant. The room had working air conditioning, a window with curtains that could make the room completely dark, a desk, a small fridge, shelves and clothes hangers. Towels and toiletries were provided. Check-in and check-out were easy and there were no problems. The host was friendly, responsive to messages, spoke English and was happy to give us useful advice. Breakfast is included and is served at Friends Caffè 2, about a 3-minute walk from the property. You receive a breakfast voucher, and each person can choose one drink and one sweet pastry. Additional food, such as sandwiches and breakfast sets, can also be purchased at the café.
The main downside was the bathroom. It was quite small and there were not enough shelves or hooks for clothes, which made it less convenient to use. The bathroom itself was clean and towels and toiletries were provided, but the water was not hot enough for a proper hot shower. It was not cold, but we could not get genuinely hot water. Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Rome, especially if you value being close to Termini and having easy access to public transport. The room itself was clean and functional, and the host was very helpful, but the bathroom could definitely be improved.

Goede ligging en prima prijs kwaliteit
We hadden helaas een koude douche maar daar kon de eigenaresse op dit moment weinig aan doen de monteur zou na ons verblijf komen.

It was in a good location next to a decent pizza place and a fun hostel with young people. The only good thing.
Where do I begin? Uncomfortable mattress, far too hard. I ended up sleeping on the pull out bed. The faucet on the bidet was broken. Difficult to use. There was no battery in the air conditioning remote. I had to remove one from the television remote. There are ants in the apartment (see pictures) The host was terribly unresponsive. I told her when I would arrive at the apartment, then again when I was at the apartment and left me waiting for 30 minutes without the instruction to enter the accommodation. I had to prompt her several times to give me information and still now, even after requesting an invoice for the apartment several times, she still does not respond. I have had to resort to customer service. Stated free breakfast but didn’t inform me of where until later the next morning, even though I asked the night before. Didn’t provide any information about WiFi upon entry. Would avoid, better places in Rome.
