Affittacamere a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, comodo per chi viaggia con le valigie al seguito, situato al 5° piano di un palazzo decente. La camera era grande e i letti comodi, il bagno in camera con anche il bidet. La pulizia è buona e comunque al di sopra di un normale affittacamere. La posizione è super sia per la stazione dei treni che per quella della metro (sempre Termini) e i rumori, anche notturni, sono pochi consentendo un buon riposo.

Il doccino non era funzionale, l'acqua usciva dappertutto, mancano sufficienti gancetti per gli asciugamani e in generale il bagno può essere notevolmente migliorato. La colazione è tramite buoni, in un bar nell'isolato vicino, decisamente migliorabile.

The location was amazing, really close to Termini and the metro Castro Pretorio. It is a ver safe place to walk around, you will find a really good pizzeria on the corner of the block, highly recommended to eat there, The room was good, the bed is really comfortable with big pillows. The host, Tatiana, helped us to leave our luggage before the room was ready. It was really helpful for us. You don't have a front desk to check in, it is self check-in. So you will probably be reached by the chat to confirm your identity, it is important to keep your DNI or passport in digital format (picture, scanned) to prove your identity to auto check in. The building is very safe.

We had a big family that stayed in the next doors rooms, and they stayed late night talking loudly in the hall and shared kitchen. It was annoying to hear people speaking and laughing really loudly until midnight or even 1 am. It happened two days only, The rest of the days it was very calm. Something you need to take into account is that the shower is a high step from the floor level in case a senior citizen is with you. The breakfast includes a really good coffee, however you only have two sweet pastry options. If you don't like sweet pastry, this might be a problem for you.

It was in a good location next to a decent pizza place and a fun hostel with young people. The only good thing.

Where do I begin? Uncomfortable mattress, far too hard. I ended up sleeping on the pull out bed. The faucet on the bidet was broken. Difficult to use. There was no battery in the air conditioning remote. I had to remove one from the television remote. There are ants in the apartment (see pictures) The host was terribly unresponsive. I told her when I would arrive at the apartment, then again when I was at the apartment and left me waiting for 30 minutes without the instruction to enter the accommodation. I had to prompt her several times to give me information and still now, even after requesting an invoice for the apartment several times, she still does not respond. I have had to resort to customer service. Stated free breakfast but didn’t inform me of where until later the next morning, even though I asked the night before. Didn’t provide any information about WiFi upon entry. Would avoid, better places in Rome.
