Cliff View Cottage Matlock Bath

Stunning cottage and location. Lovely rooms, super comfy beds. The cottage was beautiful both inside and outside in the gardens and entrance. The welcome card and hamper was a lovely touch and more than expected. Attentive hosting by Trinity ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful well presented cottage and great location for Heights of Abraham. The cottage is renovated to a high standard and is nice and clean throughout. Host was lovely and the welcome hamper was a nice touch.

Only downside would be there's a fair few steps to get up to the property but that's the price to pay for the great view so was worth it.

We had a lovely three-night stay here with my partner and her son. The property was spotlessly clean, very private, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out via the lockbox was simple and convenient. The views were the highlight of the stay. Waking up to the cliff outside the bedroom window and watching rock climbers in the morning was something really unique, and the scenery around Matlock Bath is beautiful. We also enjoyed being able to feed the chickens, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was well equipped with both a bath and shower, and overall the accommodation felt peaceful, comfortable, and well maintained. We'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break with fantastic views.

The only minor issue was that the shower cubicle could do with a little maintenance. Other than that, we had a really enjoyable stay. The property is on the expensive side, but given the location, privacy and stunning views, we felt it was worth it.
