It was spacious, fresh and well thought out for the comfort of visitors.
I wasn’t comfortable giving my credit card number and agreeing that any amount of money could be debited at any time. It needed to be the specified and agreed amount of £249.

It’s perfectly located, 5 min walk from the Height of Abraham’s and Matlock bath main road where fish & chips shops / ice cream shops & entertainment are available. Two great playgrounds walking distance along the lover road makes it an ideal family destination. We did not go to Gulliver but also 13 min walk from the flat ! The flat is spacious, clean and well maintained. It has all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. The bed is comfortable and the sofa is large and it’s decorated with style.
I was not comfortable with the ID process requested and while i understand the need of a deposit, i feel it should be clearly stated before booking it on booking.com to avoid a security concern. Also on sunny days, it gets really hot in the flat. We travelled there during a heat wave but closing the curtain when direct light in, opening the windows to get air circulating and using the great quality fans available in the bedroom and living room allowed us to manage the heat wave. I suppose installing AC would be an easier way for customer to manage the heat.

The property was clean, comfortable, good location.
We knew it as we stayed 3 years ago but we struggled with the smart tv this time.

Spacious, comfortable and everything you need. The amount of facilities available in the kitchen was particularly impressive, having coffee pods for machine, rice and pasta was a nice touch. The hosts were very communicative and fixed any issues promptly. A really lovely property!
The only issue I had was with the internet not working for some of my stay, but the staff were very responsive and sent an engineer out quickly to get it fixed.
