Dobra lokalizacja, rzut beretem do pociągu i głównych atrakcji. Słychać ruch uliczny ale spodziewaliśmy się tego wybierając dom przy głównej ulicy. Widok, nasz widok z okna to był płot sąsiedniej posesji. Większość czasu spędzalismy na wędrówkach więc nie było to problemem. Jednak nie powinno się zachwalac widoku jeśli go nie ma. Wszystkie wspomniane udogodnienia wspomniane w ofercie były dostępne.
Niestety nasz urlopowy dom nie był sprzątnięty na nasz przyjazd. Po skontaktowaniu się z administratorem budynku w ciągu godziny pojawiły się 3 osoby do sprzątania i wymiany pościeli. Po około 25 minutach wszystko było gotowe. Niestety musieliśmy zmienić z tego powodu nasze plany. Kanapa była w stylu studenckim, jak składana pufa. Mój syn porównał ja do psiego legowiska jakie ma pies znajomych. Bardzo miękka jeśli ma się problem z kręgosłupem będzie za miękka, dla dzieci było ok.

The flat was well presented and very close to local amenities. Heights of Abraham is just over the road, Matlock Farm Park is within 15 minutes drive and Gulliver's Kingdom is within a 5 minute drive. This is a perfect flat for 3 nights stay with young kids on a mini family holiday.
Limited free parking but not a big deal. Just factor parking prices into your stay.

The location was superb with a short distance walk into matlock bath. The rainfall shower was devine and its also a short walk from the train station.loved it!
There was hair in the draw when i was unpacking my things.
