I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location was fantastic — so convenient and perfect for our stay. But what truly made our experience special was the staff. Oh my! Mahmood Jihad, and Rayyan K. at the reception were absolutely outstanding! They welcomed us warmly and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Anything we asked for, they did their best to provide — whether it was refills, an iron, or anything else we needed. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for. Exceptional service, a fantastic location, and wonderful staff — what more could you ask for? They truly made our stay memorable, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Everything was amazing, but the customer service was the best I would love to mention the receptionist “Hattam” and there was a lady bit I don’t know her name They were very welcoming and helpful
