    I am absolutely furious after my stay at this so-called "hotel." I booked a four-bed room well in advance, expecting a properly sized family room. What I got was an absolute joke. They had crammed four beds into a tiny space that was clearly designed for only two. Complete false advertising and a disgusting rip-off. The bathroom was in shocking condition. Tiles were cracked, grout was black with mold never been properly cleaned or maintained. It was unhygienic and embarrassing. How does a hotel charge money for this level of neglect? Even something as basic as making a cup of tea became impossible. The electric kettle they provided had a plug that didn't fit the power sockets in the room – completely different standards! Save your money and your sanity – stay anywhere else. I will never return and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Worst hotel experience I've had in years. Zero stars.
