    Hotel is very near to masjid alnabwy I stayed at room 124 Thanks to staff they are too cooperative and supportive Mr adnan called me one day before check in to guide me to correct location And Rzan the receptionist also make a smooth check in without any delay Hotel location is excellent, room space is fair needs some cleaning No poiler in rooms Tv is not working Overall it's a very good location hotel

    Very non-professional, non-cooperative and rude behavior of receptionest. Despite the full payment and confirm booking they denied and after calling their manager after more than hr they give me keys. I will never go back to this hotel again and strongly not recomended.

    The reception and Concierge staff was not at all welcoming. Following are the issues we’ve faced - The receptionist asked for extra money than the Agoda.com charges as they informed that’s for Dareeba. I refused to pay and they settled for that. - The hotel was supposed to provide a free parking which was bot available. I had to park in haram parking. - The room was not clean.
