    The service from hotel management is not good. Mention that hotel parking available. But they not give and also staff not cooperating. About the room service no one come to room for cleaning

    10/10 stay, staff showed hospitality, right infront of haram. Would come back again

    Service is non-existent. There is no phone number given to contact anyone. There were no towels in the bathroom. I tried calling service by testing 0 and 9 but to no avail. Next morning when I really needed the towels the call got through but they said room service will come at 4pm. I told them I just need the towels and they said they will send. They never came.
