    Staff was not cooperative, I was not able to arrive as lead guest and they refused to add the 2nd guest in booking documents neither Agoda nor Hotel helped. Very disappointing.

    I booked 2 rooms for my family including my parents. I was surprised to know that their reception staff was unable to facilitate/adjust my rooms as per request made through booking. To my utter surprise, we kept waiting for some one to attend our intercom and help us provide basic things like spoon or a plate whenever needed. I booked rooms for 4 adults and 2 children (11 & 10 years) but the hotel said they will not provide separate mattress for the children. All we needed was to sleep on the 2 twin beds. Location is not good though it looks as if it’s just next to HARAM PAAK but it’s actually far away whenever you are travelling with family including ladies.
