Cleaners literally come by every day to clean, and they are not stingy with toilet paper; they provide clean towels every day, which is a bit better organized than at our previous hotel. And they also have thick, good-quality toilet paper instead of small, poor-quality rolls. In terms of hygiene, they definitely score 10/10.

Everything about this hotel was just great, except that when checking out, Bellhop dropped one of our suitcases that he was carrying from our room down to the lobby. Inside was a valuable perfume bottle that was still new in the box, nestled among the clothes. However, the bottle broke when he dropped it, and he didn't even apologize. He just said, "We dropped your suitcase and it got completely wet. There's probably a bottle of water inside." But no, sir, our valuable perfume was inside, which was meant as a gift for an important person. It probably dropped very hard on the way, otherwise it couldn't have just broken since it was completely tangled up among the clothes. The perfume was a gift for someone, and all the clothes in this suitcase were also new and gifts for our friends/family. Normally I would give this hotel a 10/10, but because of this stupid action at the last minute, they get a 7/10 from me.

I had a wonderful stay at Emaar Mektan Hotel in Madinah. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Madinah.

Location. Breakfast had good variety. Staff were good and hospitable.

Seems old, not 4 star at all. May be 3. Our room was decent but lacked storage for 4 beds. Cleanliness is hit and mess. Cafe was basic. Reception area too small for a 4 star. Bathrooms old and broken things.
