New Madinah Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and its location is excellent—just a very short walk from the Prophet's Mosque, making our visit even more special. The service was always fast and efficient, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated the seating area with a cozy sofa and a large table, which made it easy to relax. The staff made the biggest difference. Everyone at the reception welcomed us with genuine smiles. I would especially like to thank one of the receptionists whose name I unfortunately forgot—he was always cheerful and made us feel at home. A special thanks also goes to the housekeeping staff member from Bangladesh on the ninth floor. He was respectful, hardworking, and always ready to help. His dedication deserves sincere appreciation. My only small suggestion would be to add a power outlet beside the bed. There are several outlets in the room, but most are for the lamps and telephone, while the others are too far away to conveniently charge a phone overnight. That minor inconvenience doesn't change my opinion at all—this is still the best hotel in Madinah, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

Nice n clean room.

I honestly didn't expect much from New Medina Hotel because I thought it was only a 3-star hotel and was not satisfied at first. I even asked for a refund at the last minute, but they couldn't provide one due to their cancellation policy. However, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. The hotel allowed us to check in about two hours early, which was very helpful. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is the room service lunch. The food quality was not as good as we expected, and I think there is room for improvement. Overall, we had a very good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

Excellent service and 3 minutes walk to masjid al Nabawi
