Room, cleaning , facilities provided, everything … I love to stay agin … wonderful stay … extremely neat and clean , quality 100%
Existing Shuttle buses to be removed immediately as they are not clean and AC doesn’t work,
If you compare the stay vs shuttle bus service it’s upsetting

Location and staff.
1-The washroom was not clean.
2- The Shower head was clogged and water was coming from different directions.
Upon complaint the staff member said to call 0 and request for plumber.
As a frequent traveler, the guests expect to have everything in perfect manner. Not that high light issues and Waste time in fixing the problems.
Secondly i booked 3 person rooms, for it the provided amenities were not enough. Had to use personal.
Third there is no hairdryer in the room provided 632.
Fourth had to park outside the hotel on road side. Did not facilitate basement parking ( it was closed for some work, which at the time of booking must be mentioned by host)
