    I booked two rooms at the hotel, but upon arrival, it took around 20 minutes for the hotel staff to confirm my booking, and they were initially unaware that the payment had already been made. Secondly, the hotel staff refused to provide parking, claiming that the parking area was full. However, I personally checked and found that parking spaces were available and even showed them a photo. They then stated that the available spaces were reserved for someone else. After repeated requests, they finally provided parking. In addition, the sink in one of the rooms was clogged. I reported the issue and requested assistance, but no one came to resolve it. The toilet in the other room also had a very bad drainage smell. Unfortunately, these issues caused significant inconvenience and discomfort for my entire family and made our stay very unpleasant. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and expect the hotel to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate resolution.
