    I had a very disappointing experience at Golden Tulip Al Shakreen in Madinah. The staff’s behavior was extremely strange, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM, exhausted from travelling, only to be told that my confirmed booking was not visible in their system. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the reception staff made me wait for 45 minutes in the middle of the night while they supposedly tried to locate my reservation. Surprisingly, after 45 minutes, my booking somehow magically appeared in their system, and I was finally allocated a room. I still don’t understand why it took so long to find an already confirmed reservation. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and behaved in a very strange and unprofessional manner. There was no proper apology or genuine concern for the inconvenience caused. On top of that, cleanliness was seriously lacking, making the overall experience even more disappointing. For a hotel welcoming pilgrims and travellers arriving at all hours, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Guests deserve basic hospitality, professionalism, and clean accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
