Helpful staff that accommodated early check-in, clean hotel, good air quality in the room and good amenities, located 5 min walk from the Masjid Nabawi south west gates which is convenient to redo Wudu and catch the prayer inside the mosque, close to Lulu supermarket for budget healthy meals instead of the junk food sold everywhere, somewhat quiet environment overall although the sharp elevator tone is annoying at night for those with light sleep. Tip: don't put your keycard in same pocket as your phone, the NFC will cancel it and you need to fix it at the check-in desk each time.

I stayed at this hotel in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, for six days, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The hotel had several issues that significantly affected our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and kept disconnecting, making it almost impossible to use throughout our visit. When I raised the issue with the management, I was told that the hotel had only one Wi-Fi network and that there was no alternative solution. The elevators were another major inconvenience, with long waiting times. To make matters worse, the elevator doors repeatedly reopened on their own even after we had selected our desired floor. The washroom flush was also faulty, and the issue was never fixed despite the inconvenience. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff regarding complimentary drinking water. When we requested a bottle of water, the staff reacted angrily, which was completely unacceptable for a hotel that is supposed to provide basic hospitality to its guests. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location, as it is very close to Masjid an-Nabawi, particularly Gates 309 and 310. However, a good location alone cannot compensate for the poor facilities, maintenance issues, and disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families travelling with children who expect a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I personally have no intention of staying here again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to its facilities, maintenance, and customer service.
