The apartment was a good size for two couples, a child, and a baby, and was new and mostly clean. The bathrooms were especially clean and nice. While it's not in a prime neighborhood, it was in a typical Parisian neighborhood and pretty close to a metro stop, which was a great value for the price.

Several things could have been improved: - The big one was that we needed a crib and had booked it through their website a month ahead of time. We also talked to them about it on the phone ahead of time. However, the crib was not there when we got there, and they couldn't get one until the next day. - Then, the crib they brought didn't have a mattress. I informed them about this but they never fixed this (even though we were there for five days). - In general, the fact that you receive communication and order upgrades through an extra website is a big pain (and it turns out it doesn't even work). - The couch and rug were both light-colored, and they were already a bit grimy and showing spots from use. While the the rest of the apartment was generally new, these should be switched out. (And the couch was not very comfortable!) - No place to hang coats or put shoes. One of the rooms didn't have a closet or place to put clothes at all. The downstairs foyer needs a doormat. - Not enough items to go with the amenities: we needed more washing machine tabs, sugar, etc.
