When we arrived, there were some issues with the sewer system, and unfortunately, we couldn’t get into our apartment. Ally took care of the matter immediately and drove us by car to an alternative location.
It was in Hove, which was unfortunately a little further away from the event we had come to attend, but they immediately offered to reimburse us for our taxi rides, so everything worked out very well.
Everyone made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive. They gave us a large room with three comfortable beds and even brought drinks and chocolates up to the room.
Very kind and attentive service! We really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
