    Good value basic hotel. Large room, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Excellent location buses and beach minutes away. Would stay again.

    Walking into the lobby immediately brought me down ton earth & sent my expectations falling even further. From the entrance, up to & including my room on the first floor, the carpets were deeply stained & covered in rubbish. Having pauid for 4 nights, I stayed for all of them. Not once were the carpets so much as hoovered nor any of the rubbish picked up from the floors. Throughout the place, the image was the same: neglect, dirty and smelly & in serious need of renovation. This place is about making money with as large a profit margin as possible & with ZERO interest in providing any form of service for paying guests. I eventually moved to the West Beach Hotel, which proved to be half the cost of this dump & somewhere I will be returning to - unlike this tourist rip off trap. Avoid this place at all costs. If it is the only hotel with availability in Brighton, change your dates or change your destination.
