    Location right in the hear of town. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely breakfast

    Great room if you get it for the right price... good location for shops etc. Only issue we had was the room had no air-con which let it down ...was a very hot day and room stiffling heat. Fan was provided but not much good for cooling down. Would stay again but not when hot outside. Good value basic breakfast provided also .

    For the money you could get a lot better. Staff were unfriendly.The wooden floor was so dirty on check in I at to wash my feet before getting into bed My friend I was staying with at to go to hospital and I asked guy on checkout if I could have an extra half hour for checkout as waiting to here from Brighton hospital for my friend, he just looked at me and said I t to pay extra £25, and out of principal and already being there on my 3rd night I just didn’t believe they deserved anymore of my money, if that was my place I would of made sure it wasn’t a problem considering my situation, anyway we couldn’t eat the breakfast because the smell in and around the lifts and reception area made me not want to eat at the place
