    We booked double room which was very congested and small and it was really hot in the rooms with no air con, Even though we were give fan which haf little effect,room temperature was un bearable. Couldn’t use swimming pools as pre booking was required so we managed to book for next morning and when we got there we were told that swimming pool is overcrowded so they shut down. Location of hotel is good would never recommend it to anyone

    We spend *** for a small standard room for 3 nights. The drain of the shower tub was blocked, some of the toiletries were not refilled even in the first day. We reported to the front desk every day. They promised to send someone to fix it, but unfortunately no one came to fix it and follow up. The bathroom was flooding and even worse that there was no cleaning service on the last day. We finally complained to the manager on the last day, but he didn’t show any understanding and care, he even asked us if we want a “soft drink “ as a “compensation “. It was absolutely ridiculous and insult. We will never come back again. 100% not recommend!

    Room was lovely and spacious. Staff were good, but they were terribly understaffed. Long queues at check in/out. Pool too busy to use when we wanted it. Breakfast offered a good variety but poor quality. Car park is not easy to find and if you miss the turning you end up in really tricky to navigate roads (signal so poo sat nav doesnt work). Could easily be better sign posted.
