This is a new appartment. The owner was very kind and responsive. There was lots of parking space in front of the building with 11E daily rate (free from 6PM to 8AM). The apartment is on the second floor. Lovely terrace overlooking the backyard. Large wardrobe and a safe box. Large bed and one the most comfortable matresses I've slept on in this type of accomodation (on harder side, which I personally like). Reading lamps in the bedroom. Small, but very well equipped kitchen. We got coffee capsules, teabags, toasts, Nutella, sugar, salt, olive oil and balsamico vinegar - just about everything one might need for a short stay. Nice coffee machine. Enough plates, cuttlery and pans. large fridge with an ice box! Literally the only thing missing in the kitchen was the cutting board :) Small but nice bathroom, very light, with a window. Clean and soft towels. Strong blowdryer. There was no shampoo when we arrived, but we got a refill as soon as I asked. AC worked perfectly in both rooms. I definitely recommend this appartment.

Quite far from the old town, over 30 minutes ride by bus. The bust stop is right in front of the building, but it took us some time to find the tabaccheria with the tickets. On the other hand, there is a LIDL store just 5 minutes by car, which is very convenient. The door lock is unusual - it must be activated via application, so I'm not sure what happens if you don't have access to internet, and it was a bit tedious searcing for phone all the time. I would personally prefer a code. Cleaning should be more thorough. It looks OK, but there were loads of breadcrumbs on the table when I lifted the tablecloth and traces of shaving cream on the bathroom wall.

A very friendly host and a very nice apartment. Parking was free for us since we arrived and left during the weekend. The host was readily available to help us out when checking in and with good suggestions for local places to eat.

The sleeping comfort on the sofa bed is not great. I would recommend this location for two, not for three or four people. There is a table with two chairs next to the sofa bed. Two people will be comfortable here, more than two is a bit of a stretch.
