Macan Luxury Apartment

Bardzo duży, przestronny apartament z wygodnym rozkładem pomieszczeń, idealny dla grupy lub rodziny. Świetna baza wypadowa, blisko dworca głównego (Bologna Centrale) oraz w zasięgu wygodnego spaceru od centrum. Bezproblemowy, sprawny proces zameldowania oraz dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Obiekt nie był do końca czysty i wyraźnie wymaga już odświeżenia, dotyczy to szczególnie sypialni na piętrze oraz mebli ogrodowych. Dzielnica wokół obiektu i dworca wieczorami robi niezbyt ciekawe, mało zachęcające wrażenie. Dostępne na miejscu prywatne miejsce na ogrodzonym terenie to duży plus, ale jest wyjątkowo małe i wjazd większym samochodem jest ogromnym wyzwaniem.

Il y a des endroits où l’on passe simplement la nuit, et d’autres qui deviennent un véritable souvenir du voyage. Celui-ci fait clairement partie de la deuxième catégorie. Voyager en famille n’est pas toujours simple, mais cet appartement a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Avec ses trois chambres, chacun avait son espace. L’appartement est lumineux, spacieux et très confortable. Le vrai coup de cœur a été le jardin. C’est un véritable luxe en ville. Après une journée à découvrir Bologne, pouvoir se détendre dehors pendant que les enfants jouaient en toute sécurité a été notre meilleur moment. L’appartement est à quelques minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui est très pratique, et le parking privé gratuit est un énorme avantage. Nous serions restés volontiers quelques jours de plus !

Tutto perfetto, relax puro! Appartamento grande, spazioso e luminoso, ottimo il giardino (la vera chicca della casa) che ci ha permesso di trascorrere del tempo all’aria aperta a goderci il tramonto. I miei bambini hanno amato questa vacanza! Spazi grandissimi per giocare in tutta sicurezza sia in casa che fuori in giardino. Credo proprio che ci ritorneremo presto!

The private garden is a wonderful added touch, offering a peaceful space to relax, while the private parking makes everything even easier. The apartment was beautifully maintained, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Our children absolutely loved it, especially the outdoor space, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. A fantastic choice for those looking for comfort, style, and a premium experience in Bologna. We would gladly return!
