The apartment, despite its small size, has 33m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It is stylish, comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe in a separate sleeping area, a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function and a TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there was a bathroom with a shower. A balcony is an additional space.
Guest Access:
The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The Nadmotłwie B36 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
