It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.
