The apartment, despite its small size, is 40 m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A bright bedroom with a double bed. Living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a sofa bed and a large TV. In addition, a bathroom with a comfortable shower. The terrace is an additional space.
Guest Access:
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Neighborhood:
The Nadmotławie A7 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
Getting Around:
Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
