The living room, thanks to a large fold-out sofa, will be perfect for an evening movie screening, in the afternoon you can enjoy coffee in the garden. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a place to eat breakfast at a four-person table. The elegant marble bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.

It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
