Sienna Grobla 6D Street | 27 m² | Nadmotławie 126 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size, is 28 m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a TV with the SMART function and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this small space there is a place for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is a large balcony, from which you can see the famous cranes of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Neighborhood:
The Nadmotłwie 126 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
Getting Around:
Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.
