Sienna Grobla 6C Street | 36 m² | Nadmotławie C1 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a group of up to 4 people. The apartment is 37m2. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there was a bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access:
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5 / hour, PLN 40 / day

The Neighborhood:
The Nadmotłwie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
