The apartment, despite its small size, is 30m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.
The Space:
The living room is equipped with a comfortable, unfolding sofa, a double bed, a TV set and a table with chairs. For this a fully equipped kitchenette. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and tools to facilitate the preparation of a meal. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower.

The apartment includes an assigned parking space.
The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The Nadmotłwie B17A apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
